1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing Playvertize Studio, or embedding the Play-SDK onto your digital properties, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. License & Usage Rights
Playvertize grants clients a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to deploy our interactive game engines, customize templates, and collect telemetry data strictly within authorized campaign quotas and plan limits.
3. Acceptable Content & Prohibited Uses
Clients agree not to upload content or configure game questions that contain deceptive, unlawful, defamatory, or malicious elements. We reserve the right to suspend any campaign violating ethical advertising standards.
4. Service Level & Availability
We strive for continuous 99.9% uptime across all game player endpoints and telemetry ingestion APIs. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance through our platform status announcements.
5. Termination & Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Studio billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, active campaigns remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle.
